Location is great! Only 3 mins walking distance to the beach and lots of local restaurants and food trucks around the hotel. ABC convenient stores are everywhere if you need anything such as water play equipments. Honolulu zoo is right around the corner within 5 mins of walk. Hotel provides free beach towels and toys for kids to be borrowed and you can refill your water at the lobby anytime. We got an ocean side view and they serve pre-packed breakfast every morning by the pool deck. From our 5 nights of staying - we got scrambled eggs, home style potatoes, french toast, pork sausage, bacon, yogurt, boiled eggs, breakfast turkey sausage sandwich, banana, apple and juice/coffee station available.

Concierge was very helpful in planning a fun itinerary for the few short days of our visit--we did a luau, helicopter tour and shark swim. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to start the fun-filled day! Vanilla yogurt was delicious! Our city view room was exactly what I expected, large enough for the two of us. Beach and shopping was just a few minutes walk from the lobby. Though we did not visit, the Zoo was next door.

Basic but sufficient. - Complimentary water bottle with refill water station. - Minutes walk from the beach & ABC stores. - Food trucks around the corner. - Beach towels and toys lending service. - Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. - I paid $20 USD a day to upgrade to a larger room with a bath tub so the room was very spacious.

Staff very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Nothing seemed too much of an issue. Room was very clean and spacious. Service maid would come in and tidy room / change towels every day. Great idea to issue water bottles at check in, where you could top up from water dispenser in reception whenever you wanted. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice, very tasty.

The location is key for this hotel. It being about a five minute walk from the beach. It was nice that the hotel was not on the main strip, so the busy nights did not seem overwhelming or over populated.

Lovely staff, great location! Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The upper floors (11-14) have wonderful partial ocean views. Pro-tip: stay at the beach after sun-down on Fridays, because the Hilton Waikiki does a fireworks show at 8pm and it's a perfect cap to your day.

We had a 2queen room with a Mountain View. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The sofa was pretty badly worn and needs to be replaced. The staff at the hotel were excellent! everyone was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. It was a good breakfast and the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be able to borrow the complimentary beach chairs and towels, although the chairs were not the best and hard to sit in for too long. However they were free. There is a small bar in the hotel but no restaurant. Not really a problem as it is so close to dozens of places to eat and drink. I don’t like that they add a $29 per day hospitality fee, or whatever they call it. That is a bit of a rip off for what you get. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Free water bottles with places to fill your bottle with filtered water for free. Free tea/coffee station for 24/7. Microwave and free paper plates and utensils. Really amazing place, I had visited here back in 2018 and I love it even more now.
